OUR MENU
Traditional method of BBQ over flaming charcoal on skewers. Chicken or lamb individualy marinated in sauce with delicater herbs and different mixed spices before being cooked. Served with fresh salad & mint sauce
A biryani is made with specially flavoured basmati rice with a mixture of spices. Served with a special vegetable curry.
Recommended & most liked Kashmiri dish. Cooked in a special balti sauce with green chillies, tomatoes, minced meat & yoghurt.

Curry Sauce
The characteristics of these dishes are derived from the use of tomatoes and lentils with a mixture of spices.
Medium. A method of preparation similar to bhuna in which onions are mixed with spices and fried briskly.
Medium. Rogan Josh is prepared with oriental spices to make a delicately flavoured sauce with a hint of ginger, garlic & lots of tomatoes.
Medium. Cooked with peas, tomatoes & coriander.
Fairly hot. Cooked with garnished onions, green chillies, tomatoes, briskly fried onions & capsicum.
Very mild. Cooked with fresh cream & coconut.

Normally always come here but be the last time I will go. The parmo tastes like fish I phoned to complain they just said I don't know. Disgusting I've just wasted £20 on food my kids now can't eat. Avoid at all cost!

Cold food, txt to say on the way still tock 30 mins from that text. Bottle of coke in bag with food. Pizza base had strange texture like it was bought in frozen bases. Kebab susposed to be 2 diff flavours of chicken, just bland burnt chicken and dinner for me was way to thick.
